1. Generally, the price for any predesigned plan, without any customization,

> $1.00/sqft for a PDF Plan and standard set of blueprint
> extra $0.65/sqft for CAD files
> extra $1.00/sqft for full specification DWG sets. 
There are special pricing deals for volume purchases in the case of developers and builders doing larger scale projects.  As well, there may be an additional fee for delivery, depending where in the world we are shipping to, as well where the client requires excessive consultations, as only the first 20 min consult is free.  Any further consultations will be billed at $125.00 per hour, plus related expenses, except where as negotiated as part of overall product purchase.

2. Any customization is first dealt with by purchasing the predesigned plan you wish changes to that fit your needs and interests.  Then, you will be referred to ADC who are well equiped and eager to help you reach your goals and realize your dreams for a healthy home.     

3. We offer 10% pay incentive program for any referral that result in a sale, subject to conditions.  Note, we are required to do due diligence, so you must be registered with us for this program and have "active" status before you expect to make any monies from referrals.

4.  We offer advertising prices equal to $1.00 per day for a 4"x5" area of the screen (approx. quarter page).   At this price, there is no guarantee where in the site the advertisement will be.  At $2.00 per day we guarantee any of the main menu pages.  At $10.00 per day we offer the front main page (why so much? note that front main pages are at least partially visible on Browser and Social Media previews across internet).

5.  Exceptions to the above pricing may exist for certain specialty programs and strategic partners in for example Health and Wellness products, services or any interior design or exterior design augmentations not affecting the structure.  

6. Any 3rd party contracts with our partner ADC are not applicable or legally binding in any way with HealthyHomesByAlbertoIsrael.  Any such 3rd party interests are considered customizations and are not handled by nor managed in any way by HealthyHomesdByAlbertoIsrael, and as such is not liable to ADC nor any 3rd party.  Exceptions may exist only where there is a valid signed contract solely between any 3rd party and HealthyHomesByAlbertoIsrael.
